<p>A beautiful white Italian sparkling wine by Ca’Salina of Valdobbiadene, Northern Italy. Gaudium (which means “joy” in Latin) is a soft sparkling wine has very fine bubbles and a beautiful flavour. It has delightful aromas of Elderflower blossom, apple and pear.
