The oak ageing adds a pleasant roasted and spicy aroma. On the palate, it is full-bodied, supple and well-balanced with a long finish.If you like your red wine to be full, rich and ripely fruited, then Tenute Fiorebelli have produced one of the most delicious reds you will find. This is a blend of Corvina, Rondinella and Cabernet Sauvignon from vineyards in the province of Verona. Whilst most of the grapes are hand harvested in the autumn, around half of the Corvina grapes grapes are left on the vines a further 5 weeks to concentrate the sugars and the flavours. To enhance the richness even further, 25 to 30% of the fermented wine is aged for 12 months in American and French barriques.
