<p>Cabreo Il Borgo Tenute del Cabreo – Ambrogio and Giovanni Folonari 2020</p><p><p>Produced with grapes coming from vineyards of the Cabreo estates located on the hills of Greve in Chianti.</p><p>“Il Borgo” takes its name from the oldest village in Chianti (Montefioralle) whose view can be admired from our vineyards.</p></p><p> Grapes</p><p> Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot</p><p>Sensory Notes</p><p>Cabreo Il Borgo represents the dynamic Chianti tradition capable of harmonizing a strong personality with innate natural elegance. A wine with complex and fascinating aromas, it stands out for its fresh and crunchy fruity taste with a silky finish and superior persistence.</p><p><p>CABREO IL BORGO 2020</p><p> Tuscany IGT</p></p><p> THE EARTH</p><p>Production Area: produced with grapes coming from vineyards of the Cabreo estates located on the hills of Greve in Chianti</p><p> Altitude: approximately 300 meters above sea level.</p><p><p> The UVA</p><p>Grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Sangiovese Planting density: 3,000 -5,000 vines per hectare Production per hectare: on average 7 t. of grapes</p><p> Grape yield: approximately 65%</p></p><p> IN THE BASEMENT</p><p>Vinification: in stainless steel wine vessels at a controlled temperature of 28°C. Maceration on the skins for 18 days</p><p>Maturation: in French oak barrels (225 liters) (30% new, 40% one year, 30% two years) for 18 months Aging: minimum 6 months in the bottle</p><p><p> THE WINE</p><p>Tasting: Wine with complex and fascinating aromas, distinguished by a fresh and crunchy fruity taste with a silky finish and superior persistence.
