<p>Cadenhead’s Classic Rum (70CL, 50.0% Vol.)A great classic from Cadenhead’s, an example of the skill in the art of blending: it is a mixture of rum distilled in a column still and in pot still in various distilleries in Guyana, mainly Demerara, bottled at 50%. The average age is between 5 and 7 years of aging, but older rums are often added to the blend to ensure aromatic continuity.</p><p>TASTING NOTESAroma: Fresh, lemony, raisin, cake mix, dry and with notes of hazelnut and almonds. Palate: Immediately you feel the Jamaican influence, then notes of diesel, burnt olive oil, orange cake and chocolate, notes of wax. Finish: Wax rises, with soft spices and hoisin sauce. </p>
