<p>This effortlessly enjoyable Pét-Nat rosé from Italy’s sun-drenched Puglia region shimmers pale pink in the glass, with fine bubbles and natural sediment reflecting its traditional Ancestrale production. Bursting with ripe strawberries and raspberries, floral rose notes, and delicate yeasty undertones, it’s dry, fresh, and tangy on the palate, with vibrant acidity and a subtle mineral finish. Made from organically farmed grapes on calcareous soils, and bottled unfiltered after a manual harvest, it offers a pure, rustic expression of natural winemaking.</p><p>Caiaffa are located in Cerignola, on the heights that surround the ancient Tavoliere area, where everything is still dictated by agricultural times.
