<p> BIODYNAMIC / VEGAN / LOW SULPHITE</p><p>Frecciabomb is a sparkling rosé wine re-fermented in the bottle, produced from 100% Nero di Troia – an indigenous grape variety from Puglia. This has aromas of exotic fruit and clear notes of strawberry, lychee and passion fruit. Great acidity, minerality, and a big mix of red fruits: impossible to ask for more for the summer! Very gluggable Pet Nat.</p><p>Valentina Passalacqua oversees a farm comprising 80 hectares of vines, fruit, and vegetables. This project bears the fruits of patient observation, attention to terroir, and a commitment to indigenous varietals. The vineyards are characterised by Kimmeridgian calcareous soils (thus Calcarius) and are true wines of terroir – mineral, tense, and uncompromising.
