Fresh and well-balanced flavour, with clear evolution and great fibre.</p><p><p>Grape variety: Aglianico 100%.</p><p>Type of vineyard cultivation and average density per hectare: Espalier with approximately 3,500 plants.</p><p>Age of the vineyards: 10 – 20 years</p><p>Production per Ha: 8 – 10 Ton</p><p>Altitude of the vineyards: 400 – 550 metres.</p><p>Harvest period:From 10th to 30th October.</p><p>Harvest method: Selection of grapes, hand-picked in the early hours of the morning and transportation immediately of the same in the cellar.</p><p>Production technique: Crushing and destemming of the grapes, draining and separation after approximately 12 hours of free-run must, decantation and fermentation at a controlled temperature from 15° to 18° C.
