<p> Cantine del Notario La Firma Aglianico del Vulture D.O.C. 2015</p><p> Ruby, with garnet reflections. The nose is complex and characterized by aromas of small black berries in jam and carobs on a spicy background. The taste is powerful and harmonious, characterized by velvety tannins and a long and pleasantly balsamic finish.</p><p><p> Grapes: 100% Aglianico del Vulture</p><p> Harvest: manual in boxes in the first ten days of November when the fruit is fully ripe.</p><p> Vinification: maceration for about 20 days, allowing more to be extracted by having perfect maturation of the tannins.</p><p> Maturation: in natural volcanic tuff caves, in French oak barrels or tonneaux, for a period of at least 12 months and another 12 in the bottle.</p><p> Alcohol: approximately 14.00%.</p><p> Organoleptic test:</p><p> Color: Ruby red with lively purple reflections, bright and impenetrable</p><p> Nose: The nose is complex and characterized by aromas of small black berries in jam, licorice, fenugreek and carobs on a spicy background.</p><p> Taste: The taste is powerful and harmonious, characterized by velvety tannins and a long and pleasantly balsamic finish.</p><p> Pairings: Excellent with game, braised red meats and mature cheeses.</p><p> Serving Temperature: serve at room temperature, around 18°C.</p></p>
