<p><p>ORGANIC / VEGAN / NATURAL / NO ADDED SULPHITES</p><p>An even blend of Barbera and Ruché grapes, for the best of both worlds. On the nose there’s sherbety cranberry and cherry, as well as notes of orange peel. Then you’ll find flavours of dark fruit, more cherry and a slight funky spritz from the Ruché. Super rich, balanced and silky. The finish is dry and bitter-sweet, asking for another sip. In three words: artisanal, joyful and lush.</p></p><p>Nadia Verrua currently runs Cascina Tavijn, but her family has been making wines in these hills for more than a century. They farm local grapes and hazelnut trees organically and only use wild yeasts in the cellar.
