Produced exclusively with Negroamaro grapes, an indigenous variety that embodies the soul of Apulian winemaking, this wine encapsulates the essence of the territory.</p><p>Once harvested, the grapes undergo controlled fermentation, followed by a period of maturation in oak barrels, which gives the wine a solid structure and complex aromatic nuances.
