<p>ORGANIC / VEGAN / NATURAL</p><p>This is an energy-filled and vibrant sparkling natural wine like no other. Fermented spontaneously with its native yeasts, and re-fermented (that’s how the bubbles come to life) with frozen must from the same vintage. A vibrant col fondo with gentle bubbles. Flavours of fresh pastry, candied ginger, citrus blossom, and marzipan. With a zesty finish, lime and some chalk. Goes down dangerously easily. An excellent aperitif.</p><p>Ezio principally works with just one grape. His Moscato vines are up to 60 years old and planted on steep slopes about 400 metres above sea level.
