<p>ORGANIC / VEGAN / NATURAL</p><p>A beautiful sparkling rosato mostly of Moscato before a dash of Freisa is added just before the wine is bottled. A gorgeous, pale shade of pink in the glass, the gentle fizz carries delicate notes of red berries, blood orange and sea salt.Fermented spontaneously with its native yeasts, and re-fermented (that’s how the bubbles come to life) with frozen must from the same vintage. A vibrant col fondo with gentle bubbles.</p><p>Ezio principally works with just one grape. His Moscato vines are up to 60 years old and planted on steep slopes about 400 metres above sea level.
