Fragrant pear, lime and green apple scents infused with fresh herbs are followed by a subtle minerality. Light, dry and vibrant the palate features expressive pear and lime fruits which back into infusions of fresh herbs and stony mineral characters. Crisp acidity with a long brisk, fresh herb infused finish.</p><p>Chalk Hill is a family-owned winery, dedicated to making small batch wines. At its centre is the Harvey family, which has been growing grapes for six generations and has six vineyards spread across the beautiful McLaren Vale wine region.</p>
