<p>Chamonix Feldspar Pinot Noir is made from four different parcels and matured in french oak for sixteen months. A spontaneous whole berry fermentation process resulted in a pure and elegant expression of the terroir and variety.The bouquet is complex with scents recalling wild berries, spice, sour cherries and violets.
