<p>Champagne Brut “R de Ruinart” – RuinartChampagne Brut R is the main expression of the Ruinart taste, where freshness and balance are the fundamental elements.</p><p>It is produced with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes, coming from the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims. The must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and, subsequently, a slow maturation takes place in the coolness of the Crayères.</p><p>Brut R is characterized by a brilliant and intense straw yellow color, with golden reflections and a very persistent perlage. The nose opens with a fresh, fine and fruity bouquet, with aromas of apricot, pear and apple enriched by pleasant spicy notes of hazelnut and almond. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh, with a harmonious body and notable persistence.</p><p>Perfect to accompany aperitifs and seafood, it is ideal in combination with fish and sushi dishes.</p><p>Pinot Noir 57%, Chardonnay 40%, Pinot Meunier 3% </p>
