<p>Blended from the harvest of various years to ensure consistent quality, this blanc de blancs champagne is a classic example of the style – smooth with a characteristic luminosity.</p><p>Established in the year 1729, Champagne Ruinart, is acclaimed throughout the world as one of the oldest champagne houses. At the same time, it also shares a place among the most esteemed champagne houses of the world. </p><p>Fine, light bubbles. Delicate Chardonnay grapes give it an instantly recognisable golden yellow colour. On the palate, it develops a fresh, supple roundedness. </p><p>Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes.</p><p>The intensity and simultaneous lightness of Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is achieved by using a blend of 100% chardonnay, mainly from premiers crus in Côte des Blancs (69%) and Montagne de Reims (31%), and 20-25% reserve wines. The chalkiness of the soil allows for a pure expression of the grape’s flavours, and ageing in the <em>crayères</em> develops its aromatic richness.</p><p>Since 1729, the first ever established Champagne House has looked to preserve its ancestral savoir-faire and carefully cultivate the soil its exceptional wines are rooted in.
