<p>Chapel Down Bacchus Gin (70cl)The spirit of the winemaker:This highly aromatic gin was producedwith distilled Bacchus grape skins fromthe Chapel Down harvest and infusedwith juniper, coriander, elderflower,orris, angelica, lavender, orange peel andlemon.Tasting Notes:A highly aromatic gin from distilledBacchus grapes with intense aromas ofcitrus peel, juniper and freshly cut grassleading to an early palate dominated byripe citrus fruit with a herbal finish.Serving Suggestions:Fill a shaker with ice, add 45ml ChapelDown Gin, 15ml lemon juice and 7.5mlsugar syrup.
