<p>Chapel Down Classic Non Vintage Brut (75cl) VINEYARDS: Fruit is sourced from vineyards in Kent,Essex and Sussex. Grapes are grownpredominantly on single and double guyotpruning systems, on varied soils including,chalk, clay and loam soils. WINEMAKING: Cool fermentation in stainless steel followedby full malolactic fermentation. Maturationon fine lees in tank for six months beforebottling and an average of 18 monthsfurther ageing on lees in bottle.
