<p>Grape Variety</p><p>81.5% Chardonnay, 7.8% Pinot Blanc, 5.7% Pinot Noir, 3.1% Schonburger, 1.2% Pinot Meunier, 0.7% Siegerrebe.</p><p>Vineyards</p><p>Fruit is sourced from vineyards in Kent (90%), Essex (7%) and East Sussex (3%).</p><p>Grapes are grown predominantly on single and double guyot pruning systems, on varied soils including, chalk, clay and loam soils.</p><p>Winemaking</p><p>Fruit is whole-bunch pressed and vinified in stainless steel at cool temperatures to retain aromatic delicacy. The wine was blended, clarified and bottled in March 2022.</p><p>Analysis</p><p>Residual Sugar: 3g/l ABV: 11% pH: 3.24 TA: 8.6g/l</p><p>Tasting Notes</p><p>Chapel Down Flint Dry is a fragrant white wine with aromas of green apple, citrus and kiwi fruit. The palate is dry and crisp with flavours of pear and melon which lead to a refreshing finish.</p><p>Serving Suggestion</p><p>Ideal as an aperitif or enjoy with white meats, seafood or salad.</p>
