Starting their business already in 2014, in August of 2022, they opened their <em>own bottling facility in Paisley</em>, where they can blend, age, and bottle Scotch Whiskies with newfound freedom. </p><p><em>Chapter 7 Monologue 30 Year Old North British Scotch Whisky</em> is one of the finest bottles from the <em>Monologue Series</em>, where a single cask takes the stage, telling its own story that will never be repeated again. This is a single-grain Scotch Whiskey from <em>North British distillery</em> that was <em>distilled in October of 1991 and bottled in December 2022</em>, meaning it was <em>aged for over 30 years</em>. The maturation took place in Sherry casks, adding sweet notes of dried fruit to the velvety and mellow flavor profile. Bottled at natural cask strength at an ABV of 46.6%. There are <em>only 290 bottles of this premium expression available</em>.</p>
