<p>One fine blend for the brave hearted </p><p>In the Whiskey game, there are those who distill the Whiskey, and those who take the Whiskey and make it into more than it is – with a carefully thought out <em>maturation process</em>, a Whiskey will gain richness, depth, and new nuances to its flavor profile, developing a stronger character and a new life to it. <em>The Chapter 7 Whiskey </em>is the latter – an independent bottler that discovers exceptional casks and makes the Whiskey even more extraordinary. Starting their business already in 2014, in August of 2022, they opened their own bottling facility in <em>Paisley</em>, where they can blend, age, and bottle Scotch Whiskies with newfound freedom. </p><p><em>Peated Edition Scotch Whiskey from the Prologue Series</em> is an exquisite blend curated from <em>multiple peated Malts from the Highland and Speyside regions</em>, all cherry-picked at their prime to serve a bigger purpose of coming together to form one Malt with a flavor so amazing it will impress any taste buds. This Whiskey is presented in a natural color and with no chill filtration at a powerful ABV of <em>47.9%</em>, but from the taste of it, this is a light floral Malt, at its best when you let it breathe a bit. Goes great with some ice or just a glass.</p>
