Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures in small stainless steel tanks. Partial malolactic fermentation. Maturation on yeasts for 5 months.</p></p><p>GROWING AREA: Lagundo, Merano, Scena, Lana, Marlengo280 – 450m</p><p>SOILS: sandy, clayey, enriched with humus, granite and gneiss</p><p><p>PAIRING: fish, seafood, meat (white), risotto and Käsenocken (bread and cheese dumplings)</p></p><p> ALCOHOL: 14.0%</p><p> TOTAL ACIDITY: 5.9 g/l</p><p> RESIDUAL SUGAR: 2.5 g/l</p>
