<p>A mountain wine, whose characteristic notes are determined precisely by sudden changes in temperature. A white wine with a characteristic straw yellow color. It is produced with pure Chardonnay grapes – 100% Chardonnay grapes – hand harvested around mid-September. The grapes undergo soft pressing and ferment in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18°C for 12 days. Subsequently the wine ages on the yeasts with bâtonnage for 6 months.</p><p>On the nose it presents notes of banana, plums and broom. The taste is fresh, soft.</p><p>Perfect to pair with aperitifs, first courses, both white and red meats and cheeses. In short, it is a perfect wine for every occasion. It is presented in a simple but surprising way.</p>
