<p>Grottafresca comes from 100% Chardonnay grapes, coming from vineyards grown on the hills of the Rimini hinterland. The vinification takes place with the long Charmat Method (70 days in an autoclave).</p><p>When poured it has a straw yellow color with a well integrated fine bubble, persistent and numerous olfactory characteristics, with a good structure.</p><p>An extremely versatile goblet that lends itself well to accompanying appetizers, white meat and fish dishes.</p><p>Awards 2014: Silver medal at the international wine competition Vinitaly 2014</p>
