(750 – 1080 feet). Soils are sandy and gravely with a high content of limestone. Warm microclimate with large temperature variations between day and night.Vinification:Soft crushing and pressing of the grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in barriques and in large cask. On the lees for several months.
