<p>This dry white sparkling wine is made from 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay grapes hand picked from our vineyard in October 2019.</p><p>It was made using the classic bottle fermentation method and has spent three years on the lees. It is pale gold in colour and displays a fine mousse. It has a bouquet of almonds and citrus with a palate of crisp green apples with a nutty finish.</p>
