Fourteen months ageing on the lees draw out the natural qualities of this exceptional wine. It is already beautifully full and long, with notes of flowers, yellow fruit and citrus, when young. It is even more surprising with age – undergoing a veritable metamorphosis. It takes on a golden hue and even more body and substance.
