<p> ORGANIC / NATURAL / VEGAN / LOW SULPHITE</p><p>Deep ruby in the glass, it offers aromas of red berries, herbs and a hint of earthy cocoa on the nose. The palate is smooth and light, with notes of cherry, more red berries and plush tannins, leading to a fresh finish.</p><p>The grapes on this one are harvested by hand and fermented in whole clusters with semi-carbonic maceration, using wild yeasts. It’s aged in old oak vats for some months. Only lightly filtered and not fined, with very little sulphur added.</p><p>Chateau Cambon, is run by Marie Lapierre, the wife of the Gamay Godfather Marcel Lapierre. She’s crafting wine in the most natural way.
