From a fresh and precise attack, the round and well-balanced mid-palate opens up on fresh fruit flavours, especially strawberry, leading into a long, harmonious and elegant finish.Château Chantalouette is the second wine of Château de Sales. Owned by the de Lambert family for over five centuries, the 116 acre estate is the largest in the appellation.Traditional practices in the vineyard, such as horse-ploughing and hand-harvesting, followed by meticulous winemaking, lead to beautifully crafted wines that are expressive of their terroir.
