Whole bunches, sourced from a single domaine, are put through carbonic maceration – the process by which bright, fruity Beaujolais wines are traditionally made.</p><p>This Beaujolais’ fresh, herbaceous core is wonderful matched with strongly flavoured savoury dishes such as dried meats, liver and onions and mature hard cheeses.</p>
