Traditional fermentation in closed concrete tanks, with ageing in concrete vats for 15 months to allow good oxygenation of the wine, preserving freshness and aroma.Producer Tasting Note:Intense crimson-red colour. The nose iscomplex and subtle, blackcurrant and plum followed by roasted coffee and cinnamon, cherry & Morello cherry.On the palate, you get spices and liquorice with black fruit flavours. The Grenache is noted for giving natural sweet fruit, silky tannins and elegance to the wine.Critic’s Tasting Note:”Tasted blind. Firm nose – dark fruits, lavender and spice.
