On the palate, it’s rich and velvety, with smooth tannins and well-integrated acidity that lead to a long, satisfying finish. It’s dry, bold, and structured; a perfect balance of contemporary winemaking and classic Bordeaux elegance.</p><p>From single-plot grapes, crafted with a minimal intervention approach, and aged in barrel for 23 months. </p><p>Chateau Picoron is owned by an Australian family who has converted the vineyard and wine-making practices to organic.
