It produces solid wines which are suitable for maturing. The vines are planted on soil made up of Sand on scoria and clay. The typical blend is made of Merlot 80% Cabernet Franc 15% Cabernet Sauvignon 5%. Vinification takes place in traditional concrete vats. With a ruby red colour, in the nose presence of red berries, leather and fresh bread. Present but smooth tannins. Best served at Room temperature (18°).
