<p>Elegant, lightly structured natural wine with a delicate fruitiness and a spicy aftertaste. Spontaneous fermentation, without filtration and without sulfur. Cherry, wild berries, herbs, silky tannins on the palate. Blaufränkisch rooted on a rare and complex mix of limestone and quartz soil flanked by Cabernet Franc from double planting: a combinationleading to a crunchy, smooth but energetic red. The low level of alcohol is proof of balanced vineyards and guarantee for a strong impact on the palate.</p><p>Christian cultivates 10 hectares of old vines in the Neusiedlersee region. This area of Burgenland has a unique microclimate due to the moderating influence of the huge lake Neusiedl. Christian has a very hands-off approach in his vineyards, preferring to let nature take its course.
