<p>A great all-rounder of a red, packed full of rich, juicy fruit. To make it, Carignan, Syrah and Grenache grapes were fermented and matured in stainless steel in order to preserve their freshness, resulting in a medium-bodied wine packed full of flavours of red and black cherry and plum, as well as raspberry and hints of liquorice in the background. A great versatile food pairing, but equally delicious on its own!</p><p>Christophe Muret is one of our favourite producers; reliably churning out high quality, great value wines from the South of France, made in a sustainable way with love for the grapes and the local terroir.
