Cenizo agave takes up to 15 years to grow and the mineral rich soils where it is grown lead to a rich and complex Mezcal. It is milled by hand, while most agave is milled by a donkey and tahoma. This is true hand crafted mezcal as is the beautifully hand crafted decanter it is sold in.
