<p>Classic Method Sparkling Wine of Araprì Gran Cuvée XXI Secolo Brut 2017 </p><p>d’AraprìGran CuvéeIt is the most particular sparkling wine with the greatest organoleptic impact that the House offers. GRAN CUVÉE, produced only in superior quality years, is a sparkling wine that d’Araprì proudly reserves for enthusiasts. Aged for a long time it contains complex aromas. Grape varieties: Bombino Bianco, Pinot Noir, Montepulciano. Production area: San Severo. Vineyard: Contrada San Biase, Contrada Cotinone and Contrada San Matteo – 1/2 + 2+ 12 hectares Soil type: clayey-limestone , on a slight slope. Exposure and altitude: South South-West, 80-100 m. above sea level. Training system and planting density: Espalier – 3500 plants per hectare, Apulian pergola – 2000 plants per hectare Yield per hectare: 100-120 quintals per hectare, approximately 3-4 kg per vine. Harvest period: end of August Pinot Noir, mid-September Bombino Bianco and late September-early October Montepulciano, with manual harvesting and selection of the grapes. Aging and permanence on the yeasts: each bottle rests for a minimum of 60 months away from light, air currents and shocks, at a temperature of 13° C, in the basement of our ancient cellar. Disgorgement: manually a la glace, without adding the dosage syrup, about two months before marketing. Colour: beautiful bright yellow with golden reflections and fine bubbles .Aroma: great elegance and balance on the nose, aromas of tobacco, honey, apricots and citrus hints. Taste: Wide and pleasantly creamy mouthfeel with great liveliness with acidity that best supports the structure of the wine.</p><p>Vintage on the market: 2017</p>
