The palate is bursting with red cherries, wild strawberries, raspberries, as if straight from the garden. Some hints of dried herbs and gorgeous effervescence, this is anything but ordinary.</p><p>Claus Preisinger is now one of the most highly acclaimed makers in his region of Burgenland. He’s been working for over a decade off the shores of Lake Neusiedlersee with a meticulous eye for detail in his wines.
