<p>ORGANIC</p><p>A lovely Cab Sauv from Catalunya, that develops flavour and texture thanks to time spent in amphorae and 18 months of maturation in oak. A deep ruby colour, it is dominated by deep, dark fruits such as blackcurrant and blackberry, as you’d expect from the grape. This is complemented by a nice minerality and background flavours of chocolate, hazelnut, oak and caramel. A lovely aged wine at a steal of a price!</p><p>Carles of les Soleres farms 5-6 hectares of vines in Catalunya according to organic principles, and adds nothing to the wines in the cellar, with the intention of keeping the wines as true to the grape and terroir as you can get.
