<p>Cognac Courvoisier VS (70CL, 40.0%)Originally settled in the Paris, French suburb of Bercy in 1835, Emmanuel Courvoisier started a wine and spirits company with Louis Gallois, then mayor of Bercy. Originally, Emmanuel and Louis would have acted as traders for the best cognacs in the region. Eventually the two decided that the only way to secure the best cognac was to move to the region and become producers themselves. The 200-year-old manufacturing process has not changed since Courvoisier was founded in Bercy. </p>
