<p>This collaboration between our winemakers and our distillery partner sustainably uses the grape pressings to produce a range of exceptional grape-based spirits.Following the 2020 harvest, Dermot Sugrue created a base wine from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier using the off-cuts of the juice destined for our wines.
