In the finish it expresses roundness and elegance resulting from a perfectly balanced structure. </p><p><p> CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCTION TERRITORY </p><p> ORIGIN </p><p> Vineyards owned by Fattoria I Collazzi, located in the most south-western part of the municipality of Impruneta (Florence), near the town of Galluzzo. </p><p> SOIL TYPE </p><p> Clayey-calcareous, partly sandy, very rich in skeleton. </p><p> AVERAGE VINEYARD AGE </p><p> 25 years old </p><p> CLIMATE TREND </p><p> Microclimate normally warmer and drier than the surrounding areas. Part of the property lies in a natural amphitheater, with perfect South-West exposure. </p><p> The abundant sunshine and averagely mild daytime temperatures allow a prolonged and complete ripening of the grapes, homogeneous from year to year. </p></p><p> VINIFICATION AND AGING </p><p> HARVEST CONDUCTION </p><p> Manual, in cassettes.
