<p>:The Collio traditionally consists of indigenous varieties such as Tocai Friulano, Malvasia Istriana and Ribolla Gialla, which are fermented and expanded in the classic cement tanks. The hill of Zeglar, on which our vineyards are located, is particularly suitable for the production of Tocai Friulano, which characterizes the structure of our wine as the main component, while the Ribolla Gialla provides the necessary acidity and the Malvasia Istriana the characteristic spicy aroma. The compilation of these grapes creates a complete wine that best expresses the soul of the region.Grape variety:Tocai Friulano, Ribolla Gialla and Malvasia Istriana – Collio DOC Friuli.Production area:Zegla hill.
