Not only do they make the vodka from their own home grown potatoes as their base spirits, they use the finest botanicals from around the world including juniper, coriander, orris root in addition to fresh lemon balm, rosemary and bay leaves, picked from their Grandmother’s garden, which all play their part in producing this delicious gin.They have the accolade of being the first plough to plate distiller in Cornwall.Tasting NoteThe flavour profile is both herbaceous and oily, with a sweet nutty undertone and citrusy high notes. The taste of juniper is prominent, accompanied by a hint of bay with notes of marzipan and Brazil nuts.
