<p>ORGANIC / BIODYNAMIC / NATURAL / LOW SULPHITE / VEGAN</p><p>Light and refreshing Muscadet, amazing soft mouthfeel, and a distinct salty minerality accompanied with lots of fruit and high acidity. Yellow apples, white peach, and maybe a hint of banana. The vines grow on amphibolite rock (with sea deposits and fossils) and all the grapes are hand-harvested. </p><p>Both of the winemakers, Marion and Manu, were born in Muscadet and have been around vineyards their whole lives. After a time away, working in New Zealand and Chile, they returned in 2013.
