Winery :The Winery was inaugurated in 1956 since which time it has undergone numerous alterations. Today, Vinedos de Aldeanueva is the winery with the largest number of vineyards in the Rioja wine appellation region. Different types of soils – pebble and clay- at widely varying altitudes, together with intensive sun exposure and low rainfall, define the vineyards of Aldeanueva, offering great potential for quality grapes, characterised by their intense colour, medium-high alcohol and great health. The vines extend from the banks of the River Ebro to the high slopes of Mount Yerga, resulting in a protracted harvest lasting more than a month. The Verdejo, Tempranillo Blanco, and Viura grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness from vineyards influenced by both Atlantic and Mediterranean climates. This unique combination provides warm days that enhance fruit ripeness and cool nights that help preserve acidity and aromatic intensity. The vines grow in limestone-rich soils, which contribute to the wine’s freshness and minerality. After gentle pressing, the must undergoes cold settling to maintain its delicate floral and citrus aromas. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a carefully controlled temperature of 14°C to 16°C, ensuring the preservation of its vibrant and expressive character. The result is a fresh, aromatic wine that captures the essence of its terroir.Fresh, crisp, and aromatic white wine with notes of citrus, floral, and subtle fruit. It’s well-balanced, easy-drinking, and typically made with a blend of grapes, often including Viura and Verdejo.Conde de Tresaguas Rioja Blanco | Gusto Wines
