<p>A bottle of Caperdonich 1968 Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky. This was distilled in March 1968, matured in refill sherry butts and bottled in September 2007 by Gordon & MacPhail as part of the Connoisseurs Choice series.</p><p>Connoisseurs Choice Label by Gordon and MacPhail.During the mid-1960s Gordon & MacPhail of Elgin, Scotland launched a range of single malts whiskies under the brand name ‘Connoisseurs Choice’.</p><p>Prior to this launch, many of the whiskies that the range featured would not have been available as single malt.</p><p>After 50 years the Connoisseurs Choice label still retains this exclusive nature with a range of rare and sought after single malt whiskies from distilleries throughout Scotland.</p><p>Natural Colour. Non Chill filtered.</p><p>Range includes single malt whiskies from the MacPhails Collection, Rare Vintage and Distillery Label.</p><p>Gordon & MacPhail, Grocer and wine merchants of Elgin, came into being on the 24th of May 1895. The founders were James Gordon and John Alexander MacPhail.</p>
