<p>Cordaillat Reuilly Rose, Loire, France, 2020Grape: Pinot Gris, clay/limestone soils on gentle slopes, sustainable viticulture, grapes are macerated on their skins (for colour) with ageing in tank on fine lees.20% of the wine made in the Reuilly appellation is rosé made from Pinot Gris.Tasting: Very pale salmon colour, typical of Pinot Gris. The over-ripeness necessary for a good vintage was very present this year.
