<p>A rare vintage gem from Jamaica.</p><p><em>Coruba </em>is one of those exciting brands any true Rum lover should sample and experience at least once. And once you try Coruba, once won’t be enough, trust us. Jamaican Rum is famous for its <em>strong, enigmatic flavors,</em> most often described as “<em>funky</em>,” and Coruba is no different. Their whole high-end range is really just high-end and…high-end only, so it’s no surprise that their products <em>consistently win awards</em> and praise of Rum fans everywhere. Although the Rum is distilled in Jamaica, it’s made for a Swiss-based Rum Company. What the funk? Interesting combination, to say the least. But it works and that’s what’s important.</p><p><em>Coruba 2000 Matusalem</em> is a <em>vintage expression </em>that was distilled in <em>2000 </em>and aged for more than 18 years in <em>oak casks</em> for Jamaica. It was then finished in <em>Matusalem Oloroso Sherry casks</em> from the house <em>Gonzalez Byass</em>, hence the name. The production was <em>limited to 999 bottles</em>, so you should consider yourself very lucky if you’re able to get your hands on this rare gem. </p>
