<p>Locally sourced ingredients and interesting botanicals create a refreshing full-bodied Gin. </p><p>A recent addition to the distilling World, the Cotswolds Distillery is finally producing and bottling spirit after one of the most anticipated <em>startups </em>in the industry in years. Pssst… They will also be launching a single malt Whisky at the end of 2017. Definitely one for a future <em>Flaviar </em>release, no doubt!</p><p>A combination of juniper, coriander and angelica mix is steeped in the pure wheat spirit for 12 hours before adding locally sourced lavender, bay leaves, grapefruit, lime, black pepper and cardamom to produce a full-bodied but thoroughly <em>refreshing </em>Gin. </p>
